Ryan James Robinson writes with an eclectic style that spans from first-person, character-driven exploration to third-person historical narrative, perhaps even a little jaunt here and there into genres like science fiction and mystery. For Ryan, it’s all about not being defined or constrained by any single classification. His work ranges from short stories, poetry and novels to journalistic voyeurs into aspects of today’s culture.
Ryan was raised amongst the salty dunes and marshes of Cape Cod and the glacial granite and lakes of New Hampshire. His love of ocean and travel have brought him back and forth across the country, from California to DC, from New York to Hawai'i. He currently lives in south Florida with his wife and daughter.
